Located just two miles due east of Bellevue, Nebraska; River of Glory is on 5 acres in the majestic Loess Hills. Our inn is set very close to the river that Lewis and Clark traveled, and cradled in the midst of farm fields. Our facilities are secluded at the end of a private 1/2 mile paved driveway. We offer a retreat in the country that will fill you with serenity and peace.
As the spectacular sun rises and sets over the beautiful landscaped garden and nearby bike trails. You'll find serenity at its best. Be rejuvenated and connect to Bellevue and Offutt Air Force base in 5 minutes or Omaha, Council Bluffs in 15 minutes. We also offer accommodations that are handicap accessible.

Reservations are normally secured for one night's deposit. If you choose to stay longer half of the total reservation can be secured by check to River of Glory.

It is not unusual to view one of the bald eagles in the area as it gracefully sweeps through the air or swoops down through the vastness of an open sky that is host to unprecedented sunrise and sunsets. Such sights can only be matched by starry majestic nights that are displayed in galaxies and constellations on a clear night,
Shadows fall gracefully from the evening moon that linger motionlessly saying a quiet and peaceful rest awaits you in one of the four elegant queen size sleigh beds, with down comforter or pine wood furniture. Each of the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a half size bath, and adjoin two full baths. Our rooms also offer a comfortable sitting areas that enables you to look out on to beautiful area of Bellevue. The area that was named by the Lewis and Clark expedition that explored the Missouri River adjacent to the property. Bike trails are readily available within a short distance filled with an abundance of beauty as well.
For your comfort and safety, we are a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted on one of the many private verandas, patios or grounds surrounded by large Sycamore or spruce trees. Pets by special arrangement only.
Cancellations are accepted if requested in advance. We will gladly refund your deposit if you give us a 7-day notice, and the room can be rented. Less then 48 hours notice will be subject to billing for the amount of the reserved night.
Check in time 4 PM to 7 PM. Please advise if you will be arriving later. Check out time 11 AM. The staff of River of Glory looks forward to your next visit here in the country.
